The style guides I use for writing and editing are your house style and "The Chicago Manual of Style," "Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications," "Read Me First: A Style Guide for the Computer Industry," and "The Associated Press Stylebook and Briefing on Media Law." I am a member of the San Diego Professional Editors Network (SDPEN) and the Society for Technical Communication (STC), and have received an award for my work from the Association for Computing Machinery/Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (ACM/SIGUCCS).
